24 November, 2020
The NSW Government has announced new measures to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 in the community.
Effective from 23 November 2020, the use of electronic customer record keeping (such as QR codes) for some businesses and organisations became mandatory across NSW. This will require certain businesses and organisations to keep an electronic record of all staff, patrons and contractors visiting their premises.
These new rules may impact activities on NSW Crown reserves.
Visit the COVID Safe businesses and organisations webpage on the Service NSW website to determine what rules apply to activities undertaken on the Crown reserve that you manage.
