Holding events

Events are a great way to increase revenue to support reserves

We have developed non-council Crown land manager (CLM) specific event resources to assist CLMs manage and plan for events on a Crown reserve.

Access to the resources is restricted to appointed CLMs who have provided their email address to us Crown Lands. View our guide on how to access the information. If you are not an appointed CLM and would like to access, please submit a request.

Remember, events and other activities on reserves managed by other parties (e.g. user groups or individuals hiring a site at a reserve) require a separate lease or license agreement. Refer to the Leases and licenses section for more information.

If you noted any risks during your event that are ongoing please record the risks using the Risk Register accessible via the Reserve Manager Portal.
